Spencer Wyman
President of Construction for Sparrow Construction, LLC., Sparrow Partners, LLC.
He joined Sparrow Partners in 2018 and promptly established the Dallas corporate office. Mr. Wyman has built over 11,000 units and $1.4 billion in construction costs. Prior to Sparrow Partners, he worked for a national multifamily developer and builder Wood Partners.
Mr. Wyman earned his Bachelor degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
